Here is the foyer all dolled up, those prints were the easiest thing to do.  Printed out some images from the computer then glittered them.  And to tell you the truth, they are still on my wall, holiday schmoliday: Here is a shot of the main entry table.  What you don’t see on the right is a big ass paper mache...

Here is the mantel decorated with all the holiday trimmings, I desperately want to paint that fireplace screen a glossy color now, maybe chartreuse? and closeup… closeup of a shelf in the living room I wasn’t kidding when I said EVERYWHERE…

And we continue the holiday decor into the dining room, wreath on the window is in sad need of a ribbon! And when I say everywhere I mean everywhere, the china cabinet gets some bling too! And more bling… Peace out.

I took shots of our Holiday decorations before I took them down, the last bits were tossed just a couple weeks ago.;)  So let’s look at the pics!  I try to do a different color combo each year, and this year was inspired by these amazing garlands peppered with red, hot pink, teal and chartreuse. The way cool mirror above the bar and the bookshelf thing the bar is built upon below the were acquired from my favorite ‘junk’...

So once we agreed upon the colors and I say ‘agreed upon’ lightly cause really I said how about this and he grunted… we needed some type of inspiration, how did he want it to feel in there.  I threw out hunting lodge and he went 18 steps further and said the Comodore’s house from the HBO series ‘Boardwalk...

The place needed all kinds of stuff nobody is interested in, but then it started shaping up and I started getting involved.  Drywall, ick.  If you can, hire someone to do this job, it is a real pia.  The only benefit of me doing all the mudding and sanding is that I am now a pro and can go stand at the corner of Home...
